Hassle-Free 14-Day Returns

We want you to love your Keratin products — but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you simply change your mind, you can request a return or replacement within 14 days — no questions asked.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must include all original labels, accessories, and seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@keratin.com.pk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.
